Listings are submitted by freelancers. We carry out periodic quality checks but cannot guarantee availability, pricing, or suitability for a particular project. Always carry out your own due diligence before hiring a freelancer.

Our directory includes listings from two sources:

• Listings submitted directly by freelance web designers and developers.
• Listings compiled from publicly available information about web design professionals, including but not limited to public websites, business directories, and other lawful sources.

Not all listings have been submitted or verified by the businesses or individuals featured. For non-verified listings (those without a "Featured" designation), information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

Business owners may claim their listing and upgrade to a verified "Featured" listing for enhanced control, accuracy, and visibility.

4. Account and Listing Responsibilities

Freelancers creating or updating listings are responsible for the accuracy of their information, imagery, and claims. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, up-to-date details about your services.
• Only upload content you have the rights to use.
• Notify us promptly if your contact information changes.

We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that breach these terms, contain misleading information, or violate applicable laws.

5. Paid Services

We may offer paid upgrades or promotional placements. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be clearly displayed at the point of purchase. Payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and layout remain the property of freelancewebdesigner.directory. Freelancers retain ownership of their listing content but grant us a licence to host, display, and promote it in connection with the directory.

7. Limitation of Liability
